DELIVERY

How long is delivery?

Most items are dispatched the next working day if ordered before 13:00. We use Evri and Yodel for most of our UK deliveries and they tend to deliver within 3 working days. For large orders lead times may vary.

How can I check the status of my delivery?

Please refer to the email you received confirming your item was dispatched, this should contain the name of the courier and a tracking number so you can track the delivery directly on the courier’s website.

Can you deliver to outside the UK?

We can offer international delivery, please contact us via email to discuss your requirements.

RETURNS

What if my item is faulty or doesn’t work?

For faulty items we will offer a full refund including the cost to return the item, if we agree the item was faulty or not fit for purpose once it has been inspected on return.

Do you offer returns?

If you change your mind, we can accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of the item being delivered. If the item is received back in the same condition in which it was dispatched then we will refund the item with a deduction for the original postage and the buyer pays their own cost to return the item.

GUARANTEES

Do you offer guarantees?

Only items that come with an original manufacturer’s guarantee or warrantee. Any used electrical items such as programmers have been tested before being sold but we cannot provide any additional
guarantees about their longevity. If in the unlikely event you do receive an item that is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
